What ages is Tiny Post for?
Our stories are written for kids 4–10. Younger children love being read to; older kids read on their own and dive into the activities and fun facts. You can switch the reading level inside your account at any time.
When does the first letter arrive?
Orders placed before the 20th of the month ship in that month's batch and arrive within 5–8 business days in Canada. After the 20th, your first envelope ships with the next month's batch.
Can I customize the child's name and language?
Yes — every envelope is hand-addressed to your child by name, and stories are personalised with their name inside. Choose English or Spanish at checkout, and you can change the language any time from your account.
Can I skip a month, pause, or cancel?
Anytime. Log into your account to skip the next ship date, pause for up to 3 months, or cancel outright with no penalty. Your subscription is yours, not ours.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
We ship across Canada today. U.S. shipping opens in Q3 2026 — join the waitlist on our footer to be notified. International shipping is on our 2027 roadmap.
Is this a gift? Can I send it to a different address?
Absolutely. At checkout, enter the recipient child's name, age, and shipping address — we'll handle the rest. Gift subscriptions include a hand-signed first-letter card from "Mom & Sofía."
What's the wax seal made of? Is it safe?
We use food-safe sealing wax, the same kind used on traditional letters and cheese rinds. It's non-toxic, but as with anything small, we recommend supervising children under 3.
